Brittney Jones claimed is the case with Ashton Kutcher – and now he uses his famous name in order to promote the release of his sex tape. New York Post reports that Vivid Entertainment, adult film company is marketing Brittney's new tape – and this week's press release announcing the video, the company boasted a that "Ashton's fans undoubtedly may see what has been the star, in fact."
Ashton's lawyer sent a letter to the bright, argued that the company is "Mr. Kutcher admitted to honor and reputation for commercial purposes, and … I try to convert your own interest, misappropriate and Episteme and anonymous user (s). [1] [2] Kutcher as well as the identity of the potential economic value."
The letter also alleges that Ashton "shall have the right to recover damages and profits" after the company's ' action has already caused and continue to cause substantial damage to the "Ashton, who is married to Demi Moore. Ashton's camp back down, bright stops 32-year-old's name. Bright's founder and Chairman told TMZ, "we will respond accordingly."
Brittney Jones claimed back in September, he had a relationship with Ashton Star Magazine, but he has strongly denied the report. He even threatened to take legal action against vis-à-vis the mag.
What do you think? Is Ashton's career has been hurt by promoting? Use of his name when he or she does not have a tape … and it is also sad that so many women are hoping to launch a career with Kim Kardashian method is fairly skeezy.
